Why use compact manifolds? 


All fittings of the Press fitting system are multi-purpose, as they can be used with different pipes, Pex, Pert-II and multilayer pipes.

Are made of PPSU (Polyphenylsulphone), one of the most advanced polymers available, used in the aerospace and automotive industries.

  • Inalterable to the chemical elements that can carry drinking water. Non-conductive material so it does not cause degradation of the aluminium layer in multilayer pipes.


The bushes are reinforced and manufactured from stainless steel pipe. AISI 304 It allows to manufacture bushes with greater wall thickness and to maintain it totally uniform, as the material is not stretched. It is hyper tempered in an inert atmosphere to stabilise hardness and tension, avoiding structural oxidation. .

Thanks to the thickness and treatment of the sleeve, we offer 50% more resistance, allowing the joining of different plastic pipes (PEX, PERT-II, MULTICAPA).

The connection between the two is made with TC-PRESS cradles for universal clamps. The cradles are also designed and manufactured by Polytherm.

Is made of high hardness steel with a special heat treatment that increases its wear resistance. The ‘U-interlocked’ design prevents creases in the locking area of the jaws and allows our thicker sockets to be pressed in.

All this means that the use of our compact collectors makes your installation not only economical, also safe.​
